Know your radon level before you buy.
Radon is a colorless, odorless radioactive gas — and the second leading cause of lung cancer. You can’t see it or smell it, so the only way to know is to measure. We run 48–72 hour continuous monitoring and hand you a clear result you can act on.

You can’t see it, smell it, or taste it.
Radon seeps up from the soil through foundation cracks, crawlspaces, and sump pits and collects in the home. It’s the second leading cause of lung cancer overall — and the number-one cause among people who don’t smoke. Radon screening has become a standard priority in today’s real estate transactions, and the only way to know your level is to test.
Two to three days to a real answer.
A cheap hardware-store kit gives you one rough snapshot. We use calibrated continuous monitoring for a result you can actually trust in a transaction.
Brandon sets a calibrated continuous radon monitor in the lowest livable level of the home, under closed-house conditions for an accurate reading.
The monitor samples the air continuously for two to three days — far more reliable than a single-snapshot kit.
We hand you a written result with the home’s radon level measured against the EPA action level — so you know exactly where you stand.

Meet Brandon Hay.
Brandon joined the family business in 2019 and runs the radon and backflow testing departments. A University of Oregon grad who spent six years as a Realtor and eight as a product manager before coming aboard, he’s out five days a week doing one thing: helping Portland-area families find out what’s in the air before they buy. When your radon test is run by someone who does it every day and answers only to you, the number you get is one you can trust.
