Larry Hay founded InspecTek West in 1993 with a simple standard: treat every inspection like it’s for your own family. Over the years his sons joined him — Cory came aboard in 1997 and now serves as Vice President, Brian started inspecting in 2005, Tyler in 2010, and Brandon rounded out the family in 2019, taking over the radon and backflow departments.
Three decades and more than 40,000 inspections later, we’re a team of six OCHI-certified inspectors carrying that same standard forward. We don’t sell repairs or remodeling, so our findings are never shaded by a reason to upsell — you get the straight story on the home, and nothing else.
